    So it gets a one star for the length of time you are kept waiting. When you have sick pets and an appointment is running 45 minutes late. Then you have to wait over 25 minutes to pay for the service you've had. The vet however was very helpful and really good. But the length of time waiting is far too long. Despite the good vet you are defently better off visiting elsewhere solely down to wait times. Put it this way. I'm writing this whilst waiting for a prescription at 19:40. They shut at 19:00!

    Depends who is on the desk. Most reception staff are brill. Very helpful on the phone, respectful and cant do enough to help. Others are pretty shocking. They can be quite rude and obnoxious. Luckily its only a few of them like this. However, the Veterinary care is brilliant. Prices are very reasonable. Most of the staff truly care about the animals brought in. Their opening hours are fantastic too! Very useful when my animal had an emergency.
